Dear Cancer Warriors and Supporters,

We know how much you are carrying right now, and we are standing in strength with you through the overwhelming cost of cancer.

Because the national need continues to grow, our grant submission portal will open for a 24 hour period, or until we meet our submission maximum.

Depending on the volume of submissions and available funds, the portal may not reopen until May 1.

To keep this process fair, consistent, and manageable for our small volunteer team, we have clear submission requirements.

Please note:

  • Grant applications must be submitted by a licensed social worker, case manager, or patient navigator on behalf of the Warrior.

  • Only submitters who meet our requirements and have been designated to submit are able to apply through our portal.

  • Each approved submitter may submit one Warrior application per grant portal opening. 

  • Applications submitted by Warriors, caregivers, family members, or friends will not be reviewed.

  • A PDF diagnosis sheet or official documentation from the office of the attending physician is required at the time of submission.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the Warrior must be currently in treatment or within twelve months of completing treatment. Applications must be submitted online through our grant portal. Handwritten or emailed submissions will not be reviewed.

Processing timeline and expectations
Applications are reviewed as funding becomes available. Please allow up to 90 days for processing. Submitting an application does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded. Reaching out via email or social media will not expedite the process.

If a Warrior would like to be considered, we encourage them to connect with their hospital or cancer center social work team to submit on their behalf.

Our mission is to assist Cancer Warriors with everyday living expenses so they can focus on healing, not bills.
